Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and performing machine adjustments on various CNC processes. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using precision measuring instruments
- Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and optimal performance utilizing G&M code.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving technical concerns
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with mills & lathes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and logic controllers
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision measuring instruments
- Prior experience in field service or related technician roles is preferred
